Susan E. O’Rourke, P.E.
Ms. O’Rourke begun her career in 1985 as a traffic engineer in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her unique mix of public sector policy development and private sector implementation have provided the insight to bring complex project through the approval process. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Ms. O’Rourke has managed projects in all areas to include large scale traffic studies, policy development, parking studies, transit analysis, mobility analysis and transportation design. Ms. O’Rourke likes a challenge. When she is not at work she enjoys running, serving on committees and hanging out with her three sons; Taylor (Chemistry/ Biology Technician after graduating from Senior Seton Hall); Keegan (Rising Senior Florida Tech) and Bob (Rising Senior at Jensen Beach High School)

James Kemp, E.I.
Mr. Kemp serves as a transportation analyst with a focus on traffic studies and design and temporary traffic control. Mr Kemp has a BS in Civil Engineering from Jackson State University. He is well versed on Highway Capacity Software and FDOT Standards. Mr. Kemp has provided access analysis in support of FDOT access pre-app submittals and meetings.

Mr. Ferris serves as a transportation analyst providing leadership and support on major transportation projects. Mr. Ferris has a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. He is well versed on Article 12 in Palm Beach County. He has a strong working knowledge of Highway Capacity Software, Palm Beach County TPS Database and Proportionate Share calculations.

Ms. Hernandez provides analysis and design support on major traffic studies and signal and MOT Design. Ms. Hernandez has 7 – years experience in autocad and design.
Mr. Isles has been working with the firm since high school and now as a college intern.Mr. Isles oversees specific project tasks for traffic studies throughout Florida. He provides analytical support on myriad projects including Highway Capacity Analyses, link analysis and cost estimating for prop share.
Mr. Hockey is a summer intern with the firm. A graduate of Martin County High School, he is sophomore Civil Engineering major at the University of Central Florida. Mr. Hockey provides analytical support on a number of projects with a primary focus on Martin County. He conducts numerous analyses to include: Highway Capacity Analysis, traffic counts and roadway link analyses.
Mr. Dunn is a summer intern with the firm. A graduate of Martin County High School, he is a junior Mechanical Engineering major at the University of Florida. In addition to providing analytical support, he provides AutoCAD support for key projects. Mr. Dunn provides analytical support on projects in counties outside of Martin County to include Polk, Indian River and Dade Counties. He provides analytical support to include special event impacts, Highway Capacity Analyses and link analysis.
Administrative Assistant/Technical Support
Ms. Mofield provides administrative and support services for our staff. In that role, she provides project management and ensure systems protocol are followed. Ms. Mofield started with the Company providing traffic counts and parking surveys. She continues to provide those services as needed.
Theron “Mac” McCulley
Data Collection Technician
Mr. McCulley provides the traffic counts and other field data as requested. He has conducted numerous studies throughout the Treasure Coast with the use of manual and electronic counters.
