SUSAN E. O’ROURKE, P.E.
President/Traffic Engineer
Ms. O’Rourke has been involved in traffic engineering and transportation planning since the beginning of her career over thirty years ago. Her unique mix of public sector policy development and private sector implementation have provided the insight to bring complex project through the approval process. A graduate of Vanderbilt University. Ms. O’Rourke has managed projects in all areas to include: land development, traffic studies, policy development, parking studies, transit analysis and mobility analysis. A native of the ‘Sunshine State’, Ms. O’Rourke returned to Florida in 2001 after twelve years in California.
